The Richard A. Rose Career Achievement Award Luncheon will be held on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 11:00 am at The Grand (4101 E. Willow Street, Long Beach).  This year we will be honoring Lieutenant Norma Carrillo (Richard A. Rose Award Recipient) and Detective Monica Moore (Honorary Police Excellence Award Recipient).
